Vanilla orange Cashew cream with granola (parfait) This is one of my favourite breakfast or as a snack Ingredients: 1 cup cashews ( soak in water for 30 min to 6 hours... 3-4 dates 1tsp vanilla extract 1-2 drops orange essential oils 1/3 cup water or milk as needed for cream consistency Some raspberries for different layers 2-3 Tbsp granola low sugar Blend all ingredients together until smooth in blender In a glass layer raspberries, granola, cashew cream, then repeat.
