Hello Everyone! I have officially re-opened my business this week, following all of the requirements from the CMTO. I am currently fully booked for the remaining month of August and am accepting bookings and new clients for the first week of September. As per the CMTO Covid19 regulations, masks are now required upon entry into the studio and for the duration of the treatment. ... A pre-screening the day of treatment is required to ensure clients are not experiencing any Covid symptoms before entry into the studio. Contact tracing forms are required as per CMTO standards. There will be hand sanitizer at the door for client’s use upon entry. I will be booking clients one hour apart to ensure there is only one client in the space at a time and that there is sufficient time between clients for deep and rigorous cleaning of the space and all surfaces, as per the CMTO requirements of re-opening. Additionally, I have purchased a HEPA filter/UV light air purifier to ensure added protection and ventilation during treatments. Massage rates have increased $10+hst to accommodate for the increased costs of services due to Covid regulations. I hope everyone has managed to stay well during these uncertain times and I look forward to seeing you all again!
Such a magical sight to be blessed with yesterday On top of the beautiful red ribbon a wonderful friend made me to display in support of front line workers (red because there was no blue left)... ... A brave teenaged robin, spreading its wings and landing on my RMT studio door!... Thanks to Jo for sending this! A divinely timed message!! (I wonder if I can use this as an endorsement ) https://www.spirit-animals.com/robin-symbolism/
Hello and a big thank you to all of my wonderful, patient clients! I have been receiving many requests about re-opening. As of yesterday, the CMTO’s position is for RMTs to remain closed for the safety of our communities. With proper PPE, pandemic sanitization standards, screening & scheduling of clients, I believe that if the first wave of re-opening is successful in terms of a continuous reduction in infections & death rates from Covid19, RMTs should be able to open f...or business in a few weeks, at least for acute client care for many of the clients who are experiencing a return of their painful and disabling symptoms. As such, it will likely be another couple of weeks before RMTs are greenlighted back to work by the Medical Health Experts and Provincial Officials prior to doing so. As an RMT, I will be petitioning the CMTO to work with the Province to develop safe re-opening procedures for acute and regular massage care. I would encourage all RMTs to do the same. I will keep you updated on this Facebook page as the CMTO lets us know more. Wishing you all deep and sun-filled *breaths* to reduce mental & physical muscle tension build-up that I know is beginning to build in many us. We are all in this together. We’ll be back in practice to help our clients release those extra tight muscles and breaths from all the added stress, soon. I hear you, see you, and love you all!

Hello All The end of the year is quickly approaching and everyone is booking their massages. Currently, I have about two-three slots left per week in December so it’s wise to book in soon if you’re planning to treat yourself to some self-care next month. I also want to thank all of my wonderful clients and friends for being so patient and accommodating over the last couple of months.... My life erupted in yet another whirlwind of busyness, so I greatly appreciate everyone who bared with me over rescheduling appointments, delayed responses and my mind and space being a bit more hectic than usual. I’m grateful to have had a bit of time for my own self-care, to recharge and slowly land and breathe again as the pieces gently begin to fall back into place. I’m looking forward to settling back into the flow, re-establishing my own self-care routines and dreaming up some exciting changes in the next year or two And to all of my friends who I haven’t had time to call, text, let alone see, December will be the time. Love and happy holidays to you all!
Not able to open up just yet... soon hopefully! Stay tuned
Stay healthy everyone
Dearest Clients, In light of the state of emergency declared by Premier Ford regarding Covid 19, as of Friday the 13th I decided to close my practice for this present week and likely the following week (or two) to help ensure public safety in our community and surrounding area. This is not a time to risk exposing or transmitting this highly contagious virus to members of the public. I will post an update indicating when services will be back up and running.... Until then, I wish everyone a safe and healthy self-isolating/social distancing time, and encourage everyone to spend time resting and indulging in immune boosting foods and activities. We all needed a minute to rest and reset after the wildness in the world the past year or two, didn’t we? Stay well everyone.
This is everything
Food for thought

I don’t know about having *no* anger or worry, as both as natural human emotions and are a healthy response to abuse, but with reiki you learn to feel the feelings fully- without numbing, without running away, so that the energy is allowed to be felt, seen, heard, expressed, and released so it doesn’t become suppressed into your tissues or energy field creating pain or disease or a vicious psychological narrative or self-defeating loop. Feel your feelings, all of them, in a safe, rational, healthy way without harming yourself or another.
