THE CURRENT CLIMATE ~ CHANGE, TRANSITION, OR CRISIS It’s no secret that Change is Inevitable, but change, good, bad or other, can place us in distress and leave us in a Transition Crisis. This state of Transition Crisis can impact our mental and physical health, upset our personal, family, or company rhythm and bring with it a trove of uncomfortable reactions. The signs and symptoms of Transition Crisis may be easy to identify at times but other times are hard to see. If we ...miss the indicators the wobble begins and a Transition Crisis may be coming. Can we do better recognizing when change is de-stabilizing and tilting our axis off of center? This session addresses how we all may experience a shift in our mental health now or in the future. Therefore, people will benefit from a focus on being prepared to transition successfully in the days ahead. Tailored for your groups, this workshop offers strategies and insights that protect people from developing distress and mental health issues. This workshop assists people to identify what is happening in their lives right now, so they can navigate the present reality and build off their personal successes of past transitions when met with change. Participants gain capacity to understand how each of us may have a different Normal reaction to today’s issues. This workshop deals with the present and is prevention minded for all staff, managers, supervisors and employees. Deliverable in a 60 to 90-minute virtual or in-person presentation, OR a 2 to 3.5-hour virtual workshop or in-person session.

Are you an individual who just feels things more deeply than others? Do you have a rich and complex inner life? Are friends and family often asking you'Why are you so sensitive"? Well you may be a truly deep feeler who has an enlarged insular cortex...the neural component that maps our emotions and all of those visceral feeling that are often hard to dampen down. That make you an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) , and you are in good company with 20% of the population who feel e...verything with more potency than non-HSPs The good news is that when you are an HSP, getting more sleep than the other 80% of the non-HSP world is a great thing to stay well, balanced, healthy, and engaged in your world. Like our specialist told us some years ago, do whatever it takes to sleep and get bed a little earlier. Be intentional about managing the whirlwind of thoughts and feelings inside of you in order to grab all the quality life-giving sleep you need to stay on top of your life.
