I share this article to help actors realize that casting directors have struggles too. They have to market themselves to get the work, and then provide good results to keep their customers happy. It’s an incredibly stressful and complex job with many moving parts and people involved! The point is that actors often think about how hard they have it with casting and often don’t see the other side. The easier you make casting’s job, the better your results.
