Classes are moving into workshops! I am in the process of designing a 3 day Mother Goddess Retreat. We will learn many different meditations, kundalini yoga, journeying through the womb. You will be catered to with food and treated like the goddess you are! Stay tuned!

Planning the next session we will be learning about chakras and and incorporating positive affirmations into daily practice :)
