NEW ON-LINE PAIN CARE YOGA SESSION Mondays, 6 - 7 PM - PAIN CARE YOGA for THE FEET Dates: December 14, 21... Wednesdays, 6 - 7 PM - PAIN CARE YOGA Dates: December 16, 23, 30. Waiting for the pain to go away before you start moving gets you more out of shape, and pain will very likely increase over time. The solution is to start moving - gradually, mindfully, slowly, yet consistently. Will it work for you? You won't know till you try it! IMPORTANT! ALL STUDIO CLASSES HAVE MOVED ON-LINE. We are heading into another round of restrictions, and for yours and mine safety all studio classes will continue on-line for the next two weeks. All classes will stay on their usual day and time.... I thought that continuing with classes was better then interrupting the flow and waiting for the coast to clear My hope is that we can go back to in-person classes in December. I've added another week of in-studio (I hope) classes, so this current session will finish on December 17th. Please check your in-box for Zoom login information.
