Today we are completing the series of Yoga for your Dosha. Now that you know a little about your dosha, it is time to establish a daily routine to support balance and healing. This is a great overview of what the Ayurvedic daily routine looks like. It requires discipline and lots of self-love but I can assure you, from experience, there is nothing more healing and you will be amazed by the results!
