Happy Easter weekend ! It is hard staying away from family and friends this weekend but please avoid visiting and keep social distancing so we can flatten the curve together. We can be thankful for the things we have ! Be kind to one another !

As we are following the directives given by the local and regional authorities, we are working on strategies to ensure continued care is available to our Proactive client family. While we are waiting for this period to pass through, we want to keep up with your progress that you have gained. Our therapists and providers (Gersome Stephen RPT, Pradeep Kumar Chandramohan RPT, Deepha Romuwalt RPT,) will be available to answer your questions, teleconsult or address any non emerg...ent situation through our email, phone call or website enquiry. We have come alongside of your rehabilitation so far and we want to stay in touch even when we are socially distanced.
