Saveco Sports was established August 17th, 1981 on "The Drive" in Vancouver. As a young 25 year old, I took a random chance on a business I had little experience in and abandoned teaching. For the most part it has been a very rewarding and successful business and never once regretted my decision. However, all good things must come to an end. After 36 years and much thought and consideration, it is time to say goodbye. The times are a changing and will continue to change, incl...uding myself. I am looking forward to exploring new hobbies and ventures as well as spending more time with my family. It will be a refreshing change not to worry about the day to day dealings of running a business. Thank you to all of my loyal customers over the years; you know who you are! I will miss many people and many good conversations. It would be wonderful for customers past and present to visit myself before Saveco's final days to say hello or even make a final purchase. Saveco's official last day will be Saturday July 29th, 2017. Ciao and Grazie
