It looks like this dog named Toyo and his humans have invented a game. The humans allow Toyo to push them into the pool, and Toyo seems to think this is hilarious. Dogs love doing fun stuff with their friends and Toyo seems to enjoy his pranks. :) https://www.dogheirs.com/dog-loves-to-dunk-unsuspecting-p/

Watch an encouraging video of a dog who was 100 pounds overweight! In one year Kai's foster guardian helped him lose that 100 pounds and he became a happy, healthy dog. Here's to every person who pours their heart, love and energy into helping an animal have a better life. :) https://www.reshareworthy.com/golden-retriever-100-pounds-/

Nothing better than a good rescue story. And it's wonderful to see needy animals get their second chance. An entire family of dogs was about to be destroyed at a shelter in the U.S. Thankfully, a rescue group took on the two bonded mates and their eight puppies. As we see the mother reaching out to one of her rescuers, we are reminded of why so many of us work so hard to save animals. https://www.reshareworthy.com/pit-bull-family-saved-from-/

A study found that living with dogs is generally good for kid's emotional health. This is no surprise, as most of us know that being in the company of animals - not only dogs - is rewarding in so many ways. Of course, we need to ensure that animals are given all of the respect that that they deserve as unique beings in their own right. Not every person is well suited to be a guardian to an animal, but when animals and humans bond in a mutually beneficial relationship, it's a beautiful thing. :) https://www.dogheirs.com/having-a-dog-reduces-anxiety-in-k/

We all love a good animal rescue story, and this is one of those. A dog was found by a group of young people who then called around until they found a rescue group that would send people out to rescue the dog. The compassion of those kids who would not walk away from the dog in need is such a great part of this rescue story. https://www.onegreenplanet.org//compassionate-kids-help-d/
