We are pleased to end 2017 and enter into 2018 with some great news about the cine-poem we filmed featuring slam-poet Philosi-fire, Roua Aljied. Primary Colours was featured at 30 festivals and screenings related to human rights, social justice, women's rights and the African diaspora, and ends its festival run with a win for Best Micro-Short at the Social Justice Film Festival in Seattle, WA. With many thanks to everyone that made this project come to life, we are also very excited to announce that Primary Colours has been offered distribution with the Canadian Filmmakers Distribution Centre (CFMDC) and that we are continuing our collaboration with Roua on a poetry series, which will coincide with the release of her upcoming book. We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year!
