So my 31 nights (!) of haunting in my costume came to an end Nov 7. It was hard work but also very fascinating from a psychological scaring-POV. I thought people would feel more protected in their cars but nope, they scare just as easily. I wish I had video or audio recordings of the things people said to me. * so many professions of love , we should date, are you single, come ride with us, call me... * offers of candy, weed, beer, skin lotion * Parents telling me which children to take, or to "scare the shit" out of their kids who are in the car behind them. My fave one of these was a dad who said to motionless me " I dont know if you are real or not but please don't move right now . Get my kids in the car behind us" ( I proceed to scare the kids) I hear him clapping and yelling "HE WAS REAL!!" * "Take the loud one with your tarantula hands!" * so many little kids asking for jump-scare as soon as the headlights found me. Where did they learn this term? * Very young kids just waving "Hi pumpkin-man". Not scared at all * warmer nights with convertibles and I just lean the flashing head right over the passenger seat as they scream * SO MANY cars of adults discussing whether I was real or not. Like fish in a barrel with those. Just have to time it right. That might have been my fav reaction of the whole thing. Dude in back seat with deep voice talking about my costume details. When I leaned down to his window his voice shot up about 3 octaves and he apparently channeled a gospel singer as he sang "Sweet Jesus on the cross" and the car exploded with laughter as they drove away. Can't wait to do this again next year.

Repurposed my Sam figure and gave him a pumpkin head instead. Installed a small light and it glows like crazy. Using a firelight above to get a nice rim light on his shoulders. Should look pretty creepy with fog. #samhain #TrickRTreat #halloweendecor #neverstopcreating

Testing out the fogger in the big HOME DEPOT head. Froggy's Fog "bog fog" swirled around for 10 minutes inside the head ! Love how thick that stuff is. That head repaints pretty nicely. Still working on it. Replacing stem. Tony ,the fog machine worked first time ! lol
