For the past five years, we would meet in Carleton Park and walk 6k to raise awareness for mental health, addictions, and suicide. This year things are a little... different. Instead of everyone walking together, participants are encouraged to walk on their own schedule within the month of September. Registration is by donation at https://steverobbinswalk.eventzilla.net/ We will be placing suicide prevention ribbons on the trees in Carleton Park on September 25th. Caregiver’s Support Group Starting September 22, 2020 This is a support group for caregivers of individuals living with mental illness. Opportunities will be pr...ovided to share your experiences as a caregiver, whether you are a friend or family member, and mutually support one another. A trained facilitator will be present to guide conversation, prepare material, and to provide resources to group participants.
