The next step. The future home of Schmitt tuning. Located right on hwy 89 and hwy 400, a stone throw from our current location. I never imagined i would need more space just 3 yrs ago. But time flies and here we are. Id rather try and risk failure, then not try at all, so when the opportunity presented itself, with mixed feelings i decided to go ahead. I have big plans for this location. We arent moving, we are adding. This ads 2000 square feet of work/office space, 5000 sq...uare feet of out door secured space, zoning for a dealership, and best of all street exposure. We have already started rehabilitating the place. Cant wait for spring!

Fellow fb friends, for the upcoming winter season i will be offering indoor and outdoor, heated and cold storage. The building has approx 5,000 sqft of outdoor, gated space suitable for automobiles, boats, rvs, car trailers.
