The abatement is underway at our Abbott street property. This house is absolutely full of asbestos, lead paint & vermiculite. Crazy to think it will cost over $45,000 to remove the hazardous materials to make it safe for demolition. The deer are surprised as well and want to watch.
Lots more progress at 290/296 Abbott street getting rid of all the bad stuff. Looks like there won’t be much left to demolish once these guys are done!
LUX steel siding is going up at 128 Cossar ave. This is one of my favourite siding products. It certainly isn’t cheap but it sure does Pop, will last the test of time and comes with a 40 year warranty!
We are prepping for sidewalks and patios at 128 Cossar ave. Let’s pour some concrete while the weathers nice!

You won’t find us doing renovations very often, but when we do it’s for Mom. Currently installing TREX composite decking to the patios. Wait until you see the interior!

Final blower door test today at 589 Churchill. This process tests how air tight the building is. We are proud to have reached an air tightness over 2x what current building code requires. New owners move in soon!

Well it’s happened. The BRIX at 135 Front street has SOLD! The building is going into great hands, which was very important to us. Bruce poured his heart and soul into the design and execution of this building, creating something special for Front street. We couldn’t be happier for it’s next chapter.
