I’d like to give a shout out to Sabrina Sumar, our dedicated tutor. Sabrina is providing free tutoring to 2 families who have suffered financial hardship due to covid. Sabrina is completing her education degree at UBC and will be in the graduating class of 2020. It will be a memorable year for this grad class. Their final practicum is online teaching. Sabrina has a bright future in education and we are blessed to be able to share her talents with our clients.

Everyone’s experience of online learning is different. Here are some tips to make homeschooling more manageable.

We are extremely grateful to all the men and women who work as emergency first responders and would like to show our gratitude by offering them complimentary online tutoring for their kids. This will be available specifically for the Fire Department and Ambulance Staff for the City of Burnaby. They put themselves and their families at risk every day. The first 10 families to respond will get a half hour of tutoring once a week until June 30th. Please forward this message to any first responders that you know in Burnaby.
