#FlashBackFriday Looking back at 2011, when we met Robinson during the construction of the Shirley Case School in Monte Olivo. Robinson had dropped out of school, and had no dreams and aspirations at the time. Thanks to the SchoolBOX team, and our international volunteers, Robinson was inspired to go back to school. Fast forward to 2020 -- Robinson is in his 4th year of high school, and plans on graduating in 2021. He wants to study digital marketing or medicine and is very i...nvolved in his community. Every year, he travels to Managua to volunteer to package school supplies, so that children like him around Nicaragua might have a chance to get an education. Thanks so much for empowering kids just like Robinson all around Nicaragua!

What a difference one year makes! Last year at this time, 6 amazing volunteers from Canada were in Nicaragua to build the Heroes School in Nandaime. Last year at this time, we had an amazing group of Indigenous Youth leaders traveled to Nicaragua to build the Heroes de Nandaime School. Their efforts helped transform the reality for an impoverished community!... Things are a little different this year for everyone, but our commitment to the kids remains the same.
