It was great to have Minister Haggie drop by to help serve lunch at St. Paul's Intermediate in Gander last week! We cannot say thanks enough for tremendous support from the Department of Health and Community services and Minister Haggie!

Today we are turning 31 ! On November 6, 1989, our operation began by serving 147 meals at Bishop Feild. Since then we have grown exponentially and are now serving approximately 6,300 meals a day in 37 schools! We greatly appreciate all of the birthday wishes :)

December meal ordering is now open for all sites including HOLY TRINITY ELEMENTARY and ST. PETER'S PRIMARY. Deadline to order is November 10th 2020

Hats off to the team at Colemans! This family owned and operated business have always been champions of great causes and we cannot say thanks enough for their continued support! Their $2,500 donation today will go a long way in feeding children in our program. Pictured below is Matthew Coleman of Colemans and our Executive Director, John Finn. (Fun fact: Matthew and John packed groceries at Colemans Food Center in Stephenville when they were 15 years old....we are guessing that was approximately 20 years ago? )

A huge shout-out to Dooley's Trucking in Gander! The family run business is no stranger to helping others in the community and as such they were quick to donate their time and ship a truck full of equipment to our newest School Lunch program at St. Paul's Intermediate in Gander. We are looking forward to our operation's first day of service there next week! Pictured below is Dooley's employee Derek Hart and our Executive Director, John Finn.

Our good friends at the Comfort Hotel in St. John's & Quality Hotel in Clarenville have launched a program to support us! Drop in for a bowl of soup and in addition to being fed yourself, you will be helping us feed children as well :)
