After my plumber installed a new electric hot water heater, there was a problem in that the furnace did not circulate to our in-floor zones. Cryil tested and tested and was certain there was no hope in the Tek-mar controller and that it would have to be replaced. After he left, he did not give up. He could have made ...his job easier by just ordering the new unit that would have cost me close to $1,000. But he kept thinking about it as he hit the road and thinking about one other possibility, he then turned around to come back to check one more thing and found that the plumber had wired it wrong after removing the old hot water storage tank, thus saving me a load of money. This shows his great commitment to the service of your customers. Definitely give him a big bonus and above all, hang on to him!"
