Dear valued clients, You are missed!!! Please know I am working diligently to comply with the new normal health protocols for a Safe return to work. This re-opening will be a slow process. ... !!!SAFETY FIRST!!! It is with a heavy but true heart that I am closing for business at this time. It is so important to do all we can to flatten the curve of t...he covid 19 virus to protect the health and safety of the vulnerable among us. I wish I were able to physically support all of you through this time. I am sending healing energy to you all on a daily basis. During these weeks I will encourage you to hydrate, hydrate hydrate. Rest the areas of your mind and body that are stressed. Use heat and cold for injured, overworked sore and stiff muscles. Stretch and move whenever you can. Step outside into nature and remember to practice connecting with your breath. As soon as the health authority has advised that it is safe to practice again I will be here!
