People often ask me why I would bother, most of us have nothing to hide. It's possible that the issue is bigger than that, personal autonomy and privacies are being stripped away on a regular basis as we merely embrace technology, with little regard to the larger sociological and Orwellian concerns. The earth is round, there are no space lizards, of course we landed on the moon, but online privacy invasion is a real thing.
