Hey Everyone! I just wanted to post a little update here from how the Real Estate side of everything is affected by CoVid19. Unfortunately, a lot of people are affected by this pandemic financially. We all feel the pressure of this in someway. However , if you are "lucky"(for lack of a better word) enough to have kept your job and have thought about buying or listing, despite all thats going on... this may be a good time to do so.... We have been blessed with technology to be able to do a lot of our work from home. I have closed a number of deals in rural communities and never had to physically meet my clients face to face. Bank interest rates are the lowest they have been in years!!! I have also been informed that the banks and law offices are equipped to be dealing with this pandemic to keep things moving forward at the safest way possible (aka limiting the amount of face to face) As for myself, I will still be doing showings during this time. Showings will be limited to just the immediate buyers and no external family members. Also will ask no children to be apart of any showings for the near future for their safety. I would also ask that on any showings that you please wear gloves as a respect to the vendors. I will be also offering facetime walkthroughs and showings for anyone who would like to be extra safe. I would prefer to show vacant houses and do the showings this way for the time being. There will be a lot of vendors not wanting anyone in their houses during this time. We have to be respectful of that, however we can be prepared and be ready for when this is over!! A lot can be accomplished during this time and I will be working extra hard and taking any suggestions to help do my part in stopping the spread of CoVid19. Stay safe and take care Scott
