With Social Media being such a big part of our lives these days, we see a lot of different campaigns happening throughout the year. The current focus seems to be on mental health, and although I stand by any campaign with a good cause, this one really hits home for a lot of us. We see it everyday in the news, and online, but a lot of times we just turn a blind eye and are just thankful it's not us or our families. Well, this may be the case, but we never really know who's struggling. Now more than ever, I think it is important that we make ourselves available to the ones who may need someone to talk to. That said, I personally would like to offer an ear or a shoulder to anyone out there, who may need it. It really is true what they say, ‘We are all in this together’.

A 'Resolution' is defined as a firm decision to do or not do something. Many of us feel that the start of a New Year is a good time to set a resolution and stick to it. Their resolution’s may be to quit smoking, to start going to the gym, or to save money for a down payment on a new house. Well, we’re 14 days into January, and I’m sure that a lot of those resolutions have been broken already, but that doesn’t mean that we have to give up! Breaking big habits usually do not happen overnight, so if you find yourself slipping up, just get back on track and focus on making small changes everyday until your resolution becomes the new habit.

Hello Everyone, I just wanted to take this time to write a little message before we enter the New Year. To that end, with the year it has been (i.e., 2020), we can all look back at the bad things that happened in the world and in our own personal lives, but instead let's try to look back at the good things happened! Now that it is New Year's Eve and a new year is front of us (i.e., 2021) we should try to carry forward the positive things that we can take from 2020 and make 2021 a year that will help us forget the negatives from the past. That said, I look forward to whatever good things will come our way! HAPPY NEW YEARS TO EVERYONE,,,, Love you all!
