Just finished up a 56 Chevy cast iron Powerglide, came in with leaks and needing a rebuild. Had to modify the original speedo drive that did not have a seal. bored out and installed one from a newer model. When the car sits for long periods of time the converter drains back overfilling the transmission until it is started again. The higher oil level was running out the factory non sealed speedo output. If anyone else has this problem with your classic we can modify it for you as well.
