Cabin #8 improvements .......... Ben and Doug jacked the Cabin up earlier . And Ben has continued on !! New front door has been ordered. Looks like new !! See before picture ..... What a difference. New siding will be next ......

Summer 2021 - something to look forward to at Lac Seul’s Scout Lake Resort !! Only 10 months away .....

Water bombers coming into Scout Lake to get water for a fire north of us on the tower line. All is well. Fire is out. And our Resort is fine.

Bad Storm last night around 10 pm ..... lost 2 nice trees ..... at least they didn’t fall on any cabins or our truck etc. And our docks didn’t break away - close though - 4 foot waves. Power went off for a few hours too.

Since we have a totally empty Resort this summer ..... Thanks to the Government’s lack of protecting the whole world from the virus ..... Ben and Doug have been working hard at getting some of the cabins jacked up ..... We sure hope the US/Canada land border is open by May 15, 2021 - so our American guests can come to Canada for their long awaited fishing trip (it will be 2 years into 2021) - without restrictions. Hard to believe that the Airlines have never shut down during this pandemic ....
