Wishing a very Merry Christmas to all of our Scouting families and supporters! This has been an extraordinary year in so many ways, and for Scouts it gives us the opportunity, perhaps more than ever before, to live by the Scout Law and Promise, and to show our families, friends and communities what Scouts are all about. Through this challenging year we have found that Scouts is more important than ever. To all of you, support your family and community, and do a good turn every day!

Great day up at Larch Hills with 1st Salmon Arm Scouts.

A big Thank You! to everyone who came out to support our food drive at Salmon Arm Walmart this past weekend. Thanks to the generous support of this great community, as well as the time and efforts of our Scouters and youth members we were able to deliver 1,253 lbs of food and 75 lbs of toys to the Salvation Army Food Bank! Thanks also to Walmart for allowing us to set up outside the store! The challenge was to fill up Scouter Stuart’s truck, and you did it!

Come on down to Walmart and support the 1st Salmon Arm Scouts food drive in support of the Salvation Army food bank. The support of our community has been amazing! But we still have room in the truck! Help us fill it up! Today and Sunday, 10-4 at Walmart Salmon Arm.
