Update on properties downtown that did not sustain serious damages. At this time, we are in the process of removing and replacing fridges for health safety reasons. We are also waiting for approval from the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to declare the buildings safe for occupancy. As soon as we have been cleared to allow occupants back into the building, we will post a notice. The projects that were not seriously damaged in the flood include: - Snowbird ... - Gannet - Whimbrel Apartments As noted in an earlier post, Parkland is already approved for re-occupancy. Unfortunately, other properties have sustained more serious damages and will not be available for re-occupancy in the near future. These properties include: - Lunar Apartments - Skyview Apartments - Whimbrel Terrace Townhomes
