Gone But Never Dead.

It was a Very different October for me but I Did get to Dress up for the first time in Years! Hope All You Screamers had a Great Halloween, I know I did! KEEP SCREAMING!!

A VERY HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO MY SCREAM SHACK FAMILY!!

When I’m asked where my Love for Halloween came from I always say it was when I was 8 years old. I was Trick r’ Treating and came to a house that had a dummy sitting on the front porch and I remember being scared but intrigued by it as I walked by. At the end of the night I told my Mum that I wanted to put a Dummy in our porch the next year. Over the years the porch spread to the garage, the front lawn and eventually became The Scream Shack. While the spark may have ...been created when I was 8, I think my Love for Halloween actually came from my Mum. Way back then when Scary Stuff might have been frowned upon (especially for a kid my age doing what I was doing) she never batted an eye. She always supported what I did, No matter how Scary I made things or how much Blood I used, she never questioned what I did. I still remember her on Halloween nights coming home from work to quickly get dinner ready, help out with my last minute Stuff and even dress up(Don’t tell her I posted this picture ). When I opened The Scream Shack she would become my ticket seller and food collector and Enjoyed listening to the thousands of Screams over the years. I got to be part of some Spooky photo shoots the past couple weeks. Here’s the first one

One of the biggest things I will miss is Scream Shack after hours. After the last customer would leave every night we would hang at the fire (until the sun came up sometimes ). I had some of the most Disturbing, Hilarious and Amazing conversations around that Fire. Cheers to My Scream Shack crew Unfortunately Facebook Isn’t letting me upload pictures of said fires
