Edit: Gym Updates are On Pause as by the time I shared this, gyms can't open. Alright, time for that post that many of you have been waiting for. Little length...y, but I’d rather put this into writing so you don’t miss any details. **If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask, and I will get back to you when I can. **Information posted is in relation to massage/other therapies, the gym, and the retail. First and foremost, we say good-bye to Tara from Sculpt for now, as she’s due to have baby #2 soon. Very exciting time for her family. When she is back up and running she will be in a different location, so be sure to follow her page for details. Bittersweet! It was awesome having her in our space. I’m sure we’ll have her again! *Second, I’ve moved. Same building, same floor. Different hallway. (My doors open up to the back of the previous gym space). I’m now located in Suite 213.******* Third, for gym access, you will have to come to the main clinic, and we will let you into the gym, as per schedule. **Drop-Ins will have to be confirmed beforehand. If you show up before confirming, you may have to wait depending on the schedule. **For those who had purchased gym memberships shortly before the closure in March, we put everything on hold as of March 17. Please inbox us so we can get your preference of workout day/times. Memberships will be on hold until June 10th if needed, and active until July 10th. Virtual options are available should another wave happen during this time. If your membership included a treatment, 1:1 coaching/training session, we will extend that window until July 31st for those sessions. **We will be allowing limited new memberships for the private gym until our previous clients are taken care of so we can determine a true membership limit based off the schedule and social distancing guidelines. Once the schedule is full, that will determine the true limit. **For previous clients with memberships on hold, if we do not hear from you by June 15th, your space may be given away. **If you would like to utilize the private-gym, and are currently not a member, please send me an inbox and I will send you a questionnaire to find out your preference of 1:1 training/solo training, day/time, and workout lengths. ** If you are interested in using the Tzone Machine only, please let us know and we will send you the same questionnaire. New Procedures are as follows: *I am required to ask you a Covid questionnaire 3-5 days prior to your appointment. Therefore I will not be providing same day bookings & treatments anymore. In the event you are dealing with an acute injury, I have virtual consultations available to guide you through therapeutic exercises to take the edge off. You will also be asked to sign a covid clearance form before your appointment. This may be electronic format. *All clients will be required to wash their hands as soon as you enter the clinic/building, and it is recommended that you also wear a mask upon entering the building/clinic. Hand sanitizer, and wipes will also be available upon entering the clinic/gym. *The waiting area will no longer be available. You will have to stay inside your vehicle until you are told to come in. (By Phone/text/in-person). You will be called in 5 minutes before your appointment. The new suite I am in does not have a bathroom, so if you need to use the bathroom, please do so before your appointment. As if you have to leave the clinic during your appointment, it will cut down on treatment time. *I will be wearing a mask during treatments, as well as extra clothing covering which I will be changing after every client. I will also be sanitizing everything that will be touched after every client. *There is a limit of people within the retail section of the clinic, and a sign with be posted on the door if at capacity. If the sign shows capacity, please wait in the hallway accordingly. *Appointments will also be staggered to respect this criteria, and to allow for extra cleaning time between appointments. *Gym users will be required to sign a covid clearance form before gym use. *If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Katrina & I are working with new procedures, as she will also be following the procedures stated above. So please have patience with us. CONCERNING MASSAGE THERAPY BOOKINGS WITH ME *** I am booking those who were previously booked in and had to cancel due to the mandatory shut down first. Then I will be booking those who have asked to be on the list. If you would like to be on this list, please send me an inbox/email. I will be reaching out to you closer to knowing when I can book you in, so please don’t panic if you haven’t heard from me yet. Thank you everyone for your patience, I appreciate it.
