We were walking around Waikiki and found this hidden gem! This food truck makes the best fish and chips! It's located on Beach Walk St. Right beside a little store that makes the best Ice Cream and Sherbet the store is called Henry's. Definitely two venders that have to be on the hit list Check it out you will not be disappointed

Here for a visit In Prince George and Dad wants Clam Chowder. So I made a pot of my Clam chowder without the Curry and Halibut. It sure is nice to see family and friends again

Another great day offshore

Another amazing day offshore today, flat calm seas with hardly a swell

Look who traveled up to Hardy to go out fishing for a day offshore. We even managed to catch a couple of fish as well

A quick troll this morning, I caught 2 Chinook, I released one that was 66 cm long and retained this fish right here. I released 2 nice Coho and a Pink. Over all it was a great time this morning.

Well here is dinner tonight, home made seasoned oven fries, oven roasted zucchini fresh out of our garden, pan seasoned halibut fillets, a splash of red wine topped with a garlic dill sauce. It's really good
