There’s something magical about getting up at this time and putting some work in.

4:30 am wake ups, 6k run, and 15 minutes cold immersion in ocean... rewarded by: a beautiful sunrise, a reset mentally, physically, and emotionally, great connection with a good friend, feeing of killing it, going through a day optimized, and the feeling of achievement. Yes it’s early, but what’s offered as a reward may be far worth the effort. There’s freedom in discipline. Joy in challenges. Growth in pain. And meaning in pursuits and actions that make others say that’s some crazy shit dude, wtf. Crazy is a term people can sometimes use to try and describe something that they don’t quite comprehend the why of. That’s when you know your progressing in ways that set you apart. It’s the crazy ones that innovate, that break perceived limits, and that push the human race forward.
