Hello! It's been a while since my last update and not because I've had nothing to share...quite the opposite! Here's a snapshot of what's happening; Are people selling? YES (but we need more inventory!)... Are people buying? YES What's happening in the market? Sales YOY are down but are rebounding MOM after a slow March/April. Prices are up and we are in a seller's market. Buyers - It's a very competitive market so make sure your ducks are in a row. Speak with your mortgage broker first because you may have to act quickly. Sellers - Where are you? We need you. Homes are selling quickly, for more money, and in many cases, in competition. COVID Safety - the Real Estate industry has made the necessary changes to ensure that buyers/sellers and sales representatives are kept safe during the home buying process.
