before/after colour correction (the right way) I haven't posted on facebook in ages, and I'm returning with this boring technical crap for you! Hello! Flick between these two images to see the difference we create by recording data for non-subjective colour correction. As you'll see, this step really can't be skipped when trying to capture and reproduce someone's artwork (work pictured: Daniela Petosa Ceramics) online or in print. ... I would say 90% of people will adjust it by eye. However, when I look at this side-by-side, I wonder if even with my trained eye, that I would be able to do that confidently for all these colours and tones.

We studied the ads of the local #winemagazine before conceptualizing our approach. Almost every ad was an #isolatedbottleshot standing straight against a landscape shot of the winery it represented. For our approach we used a food pairing and a splash of intense colour, along with the repeated tilt in the bottle....
