REAL ESTATE TIP Once you have an accepted offer, you’re not out of the woods yet. The dreaded home inspection is likely to follow. Many people don’t realize the home inspection is more important to your buyer than the actual showing itself. In today’s market, showings are quick and decisions are made hastily. Once the buyer has made an offer on your home, the next time they are in the house is during the home inspection. This is when the buyer has around 2 hours to dissect everything about the home and maybe things they have missed before. YOU DON’T WANT THEM TO GET COLD FEET! Have your home in the best condition you can in order for their home inspection. Make sure their lasting impression is one that doesn’t make them want to back out of the deal.
