Right now is a great time to buy OR sell a piece of property. The mortgage rates are low. Although this would be considered a sellers market, there are still great opportunities for first time home buyers to purchase. I would highly reach out to someone you trust (ME) to get some advice as how to maneuver this tricky, post-rona real estate market.
