A Facebook memory that popped up today. This home was purchased by my 1st ever client! He came over to my home(personal friend) & signed a Buyer Agency Agreement with me shortly after becoming a licensed Realtor. He didn’t do it because I was an experienced Realtor with a track record of good results( I am exactly that now by the way) He did it because he wanted to help his friend make a living & cut his teeth in a new profession. I am forever grateful for this transaction & to the special friendship that continues today. Thanks again Mike! We’ll need to get together once the world makes it a little easier for us!
