Other benefits include optimizing your circulatory system and stimulating brain health. Relaxation, breath awareness and mindfulness make this practice a complete yogic experience. What to bring: Yoga (or other) mat, two blocks if you have them, a belt (can be a Yoga strap or a belt from a bathrobe), a towel that can be rolled up, dress in the layers since the room can be cool.

With the rising COVID-19 numbers throughout the province, on November 19 Dr. Bonnie Henry announced a number of measures to control the spread of the virus. For access to the Provincial Order please follow the link below. The order is in effect from November 19, 2020 at midnight to December 7, 2020 at midnight. Recreation facilities currently providing approved safe access can continue to operate with certain restrictions. SPIN and High Intensity Internal Training (HIIT) fit...ness programs currently suspended. Should you be registered in any of these programs, SEAPARC will contact you and inform you of the cancellations. Following the updated provincial orders, SEAPARC will continue to offer service to the public with the expectation that safety plan modifications and guidance may be required. As these modifications are developed and clarified, SEAPARC will communicate these changes with you, our customers. Mask Requirements Masks are now required for everyone in all public indoor settings and workplaces. People who cannot wear a mask or who cannot put on or remove a mask on their own are exempt. * Employers are expected to enforce the mandatory mask policy with both employees and customers * A customer can be refused entry or service if they do not wear a mask Spectators * No spectators are allowed at any sport activities under the order. The only people allowed to attend sport activities are those that provide care to a participant or player. For example, providing first aid. Thank you for your support during this challenging time. Due to the recent order update by the Provincial Health Office this morning, all yoga, pilates and indoor fitness activity and programs have now been cancelled. We expect updated guidance from the province shortly to determine how to safely resume these programs. Preschool, aquatics, weight room and skating are permitted to continue at this time. Group fitness and aquatic fitness classes are currently suspended due to the extended Provincial Health Order. Some of our programs will be adapted to meet the guidelines when they are provided. Unfortunately we do not have a date for this, please check our website and Facebook for updates. Currently our weight room, swimming pool and arena remain open for reserved drop-in programs. Arrive dressed & ready for your swim Access the pool via the pool viewing hallway door Place personal items in bin provided... & store on designated shelf Take cleansing shower on deck At end of swim, collect your belongings & exit via the door at far end of pool deck Do not exit via the change rooms Choosing this option helps us manage the number of people in the change rooms at one time & allows you to access the facility efficiently.
