As of 1 pm on Saturday August 8th, the clinic will be closed for holidays until Tuesday August 18th when we resume regular hours. If any supplies and/or medications/herbs are needed please have them ordered by Wednesday August 5th!

Hi! Hank wants to give ya’ll a heads up on an upcoming clinic closure! As of 5 pm on Friday May 8th, the clinic will be closed for our annual May holidays until Tuesday May 19th. If you need any supplies before we’re closed, please have them ordered by Wednesday May 6th.

Hank would like to give ya’ll a heads up! We will be closed next Tuesday, April 21 but will be open on Wednesday April 22 from 9 am to 5 pm!

Hey Ya’ll! Just a little update on clinic hours! Dr. Knight and Drea are in clinic tomorrow from 9 am to 1 pm. Then the clinic will be closed until Thursday March 26th, when Dr. Lekx and Drea will be in from 9 am to 5 pm. If you’re needing anything please email us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to respond in a timely manner.

Hello :) I hope this finds you all in good spirits despite the evolving crisis around us. In order to do our part to protect the most vulnerable and prevent viral spread we will be reducing our office hours over the next couple of weeks. Drea will keep you up to date with hours and days open.... Our practice as you know, is somewhat unique. You will be welcome to stay in your cars until we’re ready for you but as it’s just Drea and myself (or Drea and Dr.Cheyenne Knight) we will need at least one of you in the room with me or with Dr. Knight! Please don’t come if you feel unwell, send someone else with your pet or re-schedule, we will most definitely not apply any charges for late cancellations...we’d just like to know if you’re not able to make your appointment. We’re disinfecting as diligently as we can and trying to keep you safeand we do have TP :) We will be doing our best to refill prescriptions and take orders for supplies, please be patient stock is available, it just may take a little longer to get here. We are always available by email, I will try to answer the most pressing questions first but promise to do my best to respond to every email in a timely fashion. If I feel something is urgent and we’re not open I will advise you as to whether to seek Emergency care in Nanaimo or wait to see me at the office. Life is a little crazy right now but we’re an adaptive species! Stay safe, stay positive, look after each other and spend lots of time with your furry friends.
