With the onset of a new week please remember to be kind to yourself - body and mind! Start by making sure you are getting enough sleep. If your schedule has changed - try to keep with a sleep routine. Your body will thank you for it!

Another added benefit of magnesium is that it helps to relax and calm - so it is a great addition to your before bed routine! Please remember, though, that not all magnesium supplements are created equal and some forms absorb better, like the magnesium bisglycinate that they discussed.
This article, out this week, once again talks of the benefit of a Mediterranean diet! This diet, focuses on whole grains, lean proteins, good fats and low sugar - how could you go wrong!
