Below is a brief summery of the job description: Promote volunteer opportunities within the community. Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise all volunteers. Ensure a safe and inviting environment for volunteers as well as adhere to safe operating procedures. Schedule sport coaches and volunteers to deliver all programming. Work in collaboration with the Athlete Coordinator to schedule seasonal programming Coordinate volunteer and staff training initiatives as part of a yearly training plan. Track volunteer profiles, attendance, performance, and records using a CRM. Manage volunteer feedback surveys and implement improvements. Assist with community outreach and marketing initiatives in relation to volunteer and training initiatives.
