November 7 and 8th would have been 2020 Capital Conquest weekend and our 7 Seaway Karate members who successfully tested for Shodan and Nidan would have been receiving their World Kobudo belts and certificates during the closing ceremonies. Keeping with the CC first weekend in November tradition WK belts and certificates will be presented following this Saturday’s class at Lakeview Park.

Capital conquest 2020 - check this out

We held our first outdoor class today!!! Thank you to everyone who came out. A little different factoring in the social distancing and other requirements in order to have a class but it was awesome!!! See you next Saturday

UPDATE: We have been approved by the UCDSB to hold 6 outdoor Saturday morning karate classes beginning this Sat Se 12th - 10:30 -11:30. - ages 7 and up. - R-O Public School, Ingleside, ball field.

UPDATE: The Upper Canada District School Board has delayed all indoor community use of facilities and will be re- evaluating sometime in early October. We hope to be continuing classes as before as soon as it is considered safe to do so. In the meantime I am looking into the possibility of holding Saturday morning outdoor classes during Sept - Oct. I hope to have an answer on this by the end of next week and will post as soon as I know.
