With Christmas just one sleep away now, I have been busy with preparing for that. That’s not to say that I haven’t been able to squeeze in some furniture time! This has been a very different year with COVID-19 and having a new baby be welcomed into our household. This has slowed me down a bit with my furniture but I have managed to find some time to create some beautiful pieces. My latest project has been that of a vision of beauty that I wanted to create. This is something very unique and you don’t find very often. I can’t wait to show this to you in the new year as this is a very time consuming project but it is also very rewarding. SOLD I completed this small desk this weekend. This was a fun little project as I got to play around with silver leaf for the first time. I have to say that I am very impressed with how the hardware turned out! I sanded the top down to bare wood and stained it with Ebony Stain and Finishing Oil. The body and drawers are painted with Fusion Soapstone and finished with Hemp Oil. The hardware is freshly painted in Metallic Black and silver leaf to add a bit of glam!... SOLD I just finished this stunning little dresser. My inspiration for this dresser came straight from the black crystal knobs which adds the perfect touch of elegance. This dresser is not limited to a bedroom! Add to it any room to dress up it’s surroundings. For the top of the dresser I used Fusion Stain and Finishing Oil in Ebony, the body is done with Fusion Coal Black and the drawers are done with Fusion Ash. I added a stencil in Coal Black to the drawers to dress up t...he background for the knobs. Dimensions: Height - 37 Width - 28 Depth - 15 This beauty is for sale. Asking $225.

SOLD I just finished this beautiful dresser! This beauty has some unique curves in all the right places! The top and 2 drawers are stained with Fusion Stain and Finishing Oil in Cappuccino. The grain on those drawers came out beautifully. The body and larger drawers are painted with Fusion Midnight Blue. And to finish off this modern look, the drawer pulls are painted with Fusion Metallic Copper.... I love how this all pulled together to create the elegant modern feel on this antique dresser. This dresser didn’t even make it to marketplace! I loved working on this antique piece of furniture! I had a vision before I started and it turned out even better then I imagined. It all started with a beautiful flower Prima transfer to completely cover the drawer fronts. Next was choosing a complimentary colour for the body of the dresser and mirror and Fusion’s Goddess Ashwagandha was the perfect fit. I chose Fusion Stain and Finishing Oil in Cappuccino for the dresser to...p and finished the beautiful look with crystal rose gold knobs. This was a very hard piece for me to part with because it turned out just perfect but this is why I keep doing this, I just love how things turn out!
