THE BEST! Potato Latkes 6 potatoes, pared tsp. pepper 1 onion, grated cup flour 3 eggs 1 tbsp. oil... 1 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. baking powder oil for frying Grate potatoes and drain well. Blend in remaining ingredients. Drop from a spoon into hot oil and brown both sides, turning once. Yield: about 2 dozen See more
