I really need your input. Which name do you like better: 1. 90 day investor 2. Highly profitable investor... These are 2 working titles for my new real estate investment course

One of the things I stress in my 90 Day Investor program is that to start the process of owning your first investment property you need to identify how you want to make money from real estate. When you know that and put it in the context of your unique situation, your unique needs and your unique view of financial security then you can create and execute a plan that works for you. I bring that up because so many people are trying to figure it out themselves and starting bac...Continue reading

If I could go back to being 30 again I would be in such a better spot to make my retirement more secure Maybe you would...but is that really true? Because right now I get that you feel like it’s too late to make your retirement and financial certainty a reality but your life still isn’t over. ... If you’re not proactively doing what you can NOW, when time isn’t actually on your side, would you really do anything differently if you could travel back to your 30s? And listen I understand it’s easier said than done. It wasn’t until I was about to turn 40 that I realized I was getting by but not getting ahead. That I was okay but wouldn’t be if something happened and I had to stop working. That if things didn’t change I would always be waiting for the right time. Side Note: Even 20 years ago everyone was asking if the market conditions were right to make a real estate move, so history just repeats itself to the point where the market is just a variable not a hindrance. My sincerest message is this: Time passes no matter what. If you didn’t start in your 30s, you CAN begin now. While you had time on your side in your 30s, what you have now is other leverage. You have a more detailed credit history, you have other assets you didn’t have before, you have a better network, you have more experience and most importantly you have a BIGGER reason now. You didn’t make moves for your retirement in your 30s because it didn’t seem relevant at the time. It is now. THAT is the fuel that can move you forward. I get that it’s scary, I get that it seems overwhelming, I get that it feels defeating. But unlike your 30s you’ve also overcome more things since then, and you can use that as the emotional leverage to actually move forward. And the best part is unlike your 30s you have access to a guide that can make those steps as smooth as possible. After 15 years of building a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio AFTER I thought I started too late I now dedicate my life to helping others do the same. So, reach out and let me help you make the best use of the time that is in front of you now...because it’s going to pass by anyway.

When I posted about my recognition as an airbnb super host I got a lot of questions about who would be staying at an airbnb. When we hear airbnb we think 'travel' but airbnb is just a brand name for short term rentals. My guests: come for work, staying until they find a more permanent home have a short term work contract need a place to stay because their brand new home has been delayed are visiting family but want to keep their distance... more reasons than I had thought of when I started on this adventure! I have a covid cleaning protocol, professional cleaners and I now require 48 hours between bookings. See more
