As the sun rises on the Alberta Saskatchewan border this morning, our team is grateful for all the activity at the office this week! Thanks to our existing clients who have entrusted us with their rental recoveries and damage negotiations this week. And a big shout out for the referrals as we continue to grow our reach and support for landowners. We would be remiss to not also mention the good people we deal with from our oil and gas companies. Many of them are working hard to be good partners and it is appreciated by our clients.

The most gorgeous harvest sunset this evening. Here’s hoping for good weather til the crops are in! Wishing all our agricustomers a swift harvest.

Well abandonment. Landowners need to make sure that all equipment has been cleaned prior to entering your land. We fight in negotiations to have this in place. These clean up crews travel from site to site. MAKE THEM CLEAN THEIR EQUIPMENT.

Out with a client this morning and the AER reviewing and discussing the reclamation of 4 surface leases. Discussion led to leaving the leases for now and reviewing again in the fall after there was a chance to review yields, and possible soil sample the areas to ensure surface lease area and non surface lease areas are the same. We have been in contact with all of our clients with Long Run Exploration on their lands and are working on rental recoveries on their behalf.
