Today we hang red dresses in front of our offices (and wear red) to mark the National Day of Awareness for of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG). On this day, we strive to remember, honour, and give voice to Indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA people whose stories have not been heard. Car seat safety is an important part of keeping your little one safe. This means ensuring that your car seat is the correct style for your child’s age and height and that it is correctly installed into your vehicle. Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Educators are trained professionals that can assist with education and resources to keep your child safe while on the road. SCFSA is proud to have seven CPS Educators on staff that can assist with any questions or concerns you might have.
