Join us for a virtual event on Saturday, February 20 at 10:00 am as we celebrate the one-year kickoff to the 2022 Saskatchewan Winter Games in Regina and the 50th anniversary of Saskatchewan Games program!
You can still register. We have over 50 athletes registered and we want more! You can do part of the challenge, or all of it. $10 registration fee will give y...ou workouts 2 strength 2 swim 2 run and 1 mobility session every week. Week 1 is about baseline fitness testing, which you can use to compare how much you improve over 3 months! Ed sessions from @cravensportservices @ignite.athletics306 and @level10regina will help you be a better athletes. Congratulations to these two amazing gals! We were lucky to experience Jordyn and Kyla Bear's talent as part of Team South East at the 2018 Saskatchewan Winter Games in North Battleford, where they earned the silver medal in women's hockey.

The Kuzmicz Commemorative Park/Emerald Park Soccer Facility is home to a playground, barbecues and picnic area, beach volleyball court, soccer fields, and a 10 station fitness circuit.
