Replaced a mid efficient furnace and hot water tank with a condensing water heater and air handler.

Removed an atmospheric boiler. Moved all gas and water lines to wall. Magnetic filter inline next to boiler already pulled out big chunks of iron in one day! The new Navien boiler can run 3 different zones without the need for an external zone control module. This was fun!

Installed Combi boiler. It will provide unlimited instant on demand hot water. The boiler board in the center is a zone pump controlled system that sends heated water to an air handler which is replacing a forced air furnace. It will also send heated water to a pool heat exchanger to heat the swimming pool. Below the air handler on the left is an evaporator coil ready for an air conditioning install in spring! Works great!

Just a 5 head ductless split heat pump I installed. These are great for cooling in summer and heating in winter!

Replaced heating system in concrete garage. Used a liner down existing venting from roof. All we needed to do was change the cap outside. Perfect for stratas as no visible changes to exterior of units.

Replaced a 40 gal hot water tank and a very large cast iron furnace with a Navien combi boiler and a Viessman air handler. Boiler injects heat into primary loop. The piping had to fit within a 12 inch space and still be serviceable. A second in floor radiant loop previously put in an addition to the house had to be connected with a mixing valve. My service and heating skills shined in this tight build! All metal work is done by me, on site. My 7 years as a sheet metal fabricator always pay off on these jobs.
