Kansa wand morning sesh - spent a good amount of time on my forehead, so much much tension and contraction can go on there, especially when we over worry or work in front of screen for long hours Also relying on this tool recently to help smooth over some faint fine line I am beginning to see up there (oh hi late 30’s! )The feeling as it glides over the skin is so incredibly relaxing and truly works in a holistic way by also stimulating marma points. It’s a skin-soul kinda magic. For my facial clients out there or did my kansa workshop, you definitely know what I mean! ;) (Fearured in video is the @wildgrace.ca wand, facialist approved).

In between the waxing and full moon is the ideal time to put into practice this beautiful ritual that will not only infuse your beauty tools with the calming, soothing and cooling effects of moonbeams, but will also help enhance your skin ojas, the refined energetic essence of immunity. Overall, this is a great rejuvenative practice. Even better if you can go out and lay directly beneath the bright moon to soak in all these amazing qualities, in mind and body! To moon bathe your beauty tools (Kansa wand, Gua Sha, rollers, etc.), simply leave them out where the moonlight can hit them directly, either on the grass, your balcony or a windowsill. (Indoor works also if you do not have an outside space). Who’s ready for some moon worship?

My dairy free twist on this skin smoothing and rejuvenating bath ritual (traditional formula includes ghee, cow yogurt and milk). You can do this on a weekly or monthly basis!
