Hey South Country! We've made some pretty awesome improvements to the facility in the last two months! We thought we'd share, and let you see some photos! Firstly, we upgraded the flooring in the basement! The yoga/spin area was in need of an update, so we ripped up the carpet and put down vinyl plank. ... We also updated the two rooms where Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Massage are being offered! It looks awesome! Here is quick preview of the gym area!

Hello South Country Community! We are very excited to announce that Yoga will be resuming for the Fall! Cheryl Durst is coming back as the instructor and we are very excited to have her! COVID-19 restart update: We have started on our COVID-19 plan as outlined by the provincial government and we are looking forward to sharing this with all of our gym goers and re-opening our doors!! Please keep in mind that because of the 24hr nature of See More Health & Fitness, there are some guidelines we are not able to meet.... We are going to think a little outside of the box to see how we can safely operate for all of you!! Please stay tuned!

So far, based on our average flow of members, cleaning efforts, our members communication, and being able to remain 2 metres apart while in the gym, we are still open.... Gym members: If you see Denise Damstrom please make sure you give her all your love and appreciation (from an acceptable distance in order to support social distancing) for all her sanitizing efforts. Her hard work is what is allowing us to stay open!! To say we were thankful for you would be an understatement! You are the bomb.

Dear Fit Fam: We have cancelled all classes this week and will reassess next week based on official government recommendations. However, the gym is still open, as we are a small facility and, on average, only have 1-5 people in the gym at once.... Wash your hands, clean equipment and high traffic areas when your done, and stay home if you’re sick!
